Appointment of Person to Make Decisions Concerning Disposition of Remains - This is pulled straight from (Oregon Revised Statute) ORS 97.130, the full text of which may be found at http://www.leg.state.or.us/ors/. If you are a resident of Oregon, it gives us all legal authority over deciding what happens to your body. Normally a spouse or next of kin would have this authority.  This provides us a backup legal authority.
